Take your clients to the Bantom of the Opera

We sexed up* this brief to the max-core.

It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it.

Getting to know your clients personally is so important.

It builds trust and creates an open, two-way relationship. It not only makes it more fun for everyone each time you pick up the phone or send an email, but it also makes the whole working process more efficient.

Clients can be more honest with how and why they want things a certain way. And it means we can be more honest too – like when briefs aren’t up to scratch.

Ultimately, everyone wins.

That’s why we invite all of our clients to the Bantom of the Opera. Not everyone wants to go. And that’s absolutely fine. But understanding and interacting with people in a way that appeals to them is always time well spent. I may be a week behind on invoices, but have always got time for a catch-up with a client. Our whole team do too.

Putting smiles on faces is what it’s all about. For us at least.
